So I started a new workout last week, and have been suuuuuuper sore lately.

I woke up this morning and thought, I’ll look up some yoga on YouTube to help me stretch these sore muscles out.

Of course, just like every single other time I’m on YouTube, I ended up getting super distracted by other videos. So I figured I’d share some of the crazy ones I came across.
