I’ve made no attempts to hide my very obvious over obsession with everything Great Gatsby at the moment, and luckily I’m not alone which is great for feeding my fanaticism :]
Today I finally got around to checking out Tiffany and Co.‘s “Jazz Age” collection with pieces made for or representing the movie.
Sadly, I don’t have the disposable income for…well…ANY of these pieces but they sure are gorgeous to look at!! I made sure to take screenshots so you could see the prices!! Sheesh!! Tho if I had $200,000 dollars to blow on a head-piece you could fucking bet it would be that one!!!
Also, I stumbled upon this quote today that I just adored!!
“For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.” – Eric Roth (From the screenplay of F. Scott Fitzgerald‘s ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button‘.)
All My Love,
